Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through www.maravicanada.com.


Condition of Refurbished & Used Equipment

All refurbished and used products sold by Maravi Canada are professionally tested, inspected, and verified to be fully functional prior to shipment.
Due to their nature, refurbished or used items may show signs of prior use, including minor cosmetic wear.

Testing, diagnostics, quality assurance, or configuration performed by Maravi Canada does not constitute customer use.


Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


DOA (Dead on Arrival)

DOA claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify as DOA:

  • The item must not be modified, disassembled, or altered
  • The item must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Serial numbers and configuration must match our records

DOA items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as shipped
  • All original components, accessories, cables, and packaging must be included
  • Serial numbers must be intact and match our records

Any item that has been installed, configured by the customer, modified, disassembled, or shows signs of misuse is not eligible for a full refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or configured servers or workstations
  • Built-to-order systems
  • Software, licenses, or digital products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items returned due to compatibility issues, customer error, or change of mind
  • Items with missing, altered, or mismatched serial numbers or components

Compatibility issues, performance expectations, or buyer remorse are not considered defects.


Restocking Fee

Approved non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 25%, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Restocking fees are deducted from the refund amount.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing time.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Please check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary
  3. Contact your bank for further processing details

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for DOA or verified defective items.
To request an exchange, please contact us at info@maravicanada.com for return authorization.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
