Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.maravicanada.com.


Shipping Locations

We ship orders from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada.

We currently ship to:

  • Canada
  • United States
  • Select international destinations (subject to availability)

International customers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with local import regulations.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary for:

  • Servers and workstations
  • Large or heavy items
  • Palletized or freight shipments
  • Customized or configured systems

Orders are not processed on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.


Shipping Methods

Shipping methods are selected based on:

  • Package size and weight
  • Destination
  • Value of the shipment

We may ship orders using:

  • Courier services (e.g., UPS, FedEx, Purolator)
  • Freight carriers for large or heavy shipments

Carrier selection is at our discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Delivery Estimates

Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refund.


Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

Ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon shipment.


Delivery & Signature Requirement

For high-value shipments, a signature upon delivery may be required.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the shipment.

Failure to accept delivery may result in additional shipping or handling charges.


Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.

Any visible damage, missing items, or shipping discrepancies must be:

  • Noted with the carrier at the time of delivery, and
  • Reported to us within 7 days of delivery

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of claims.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment is damaged or lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos, documentation, and packaging materials as requested

Claims are subject to carrier investigation and approval.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Additional charges resulting from address corrections or re-delivery

International Shipping & Duties

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Taxes
  • Import fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to accept delivery
  • Unpaid duties or taxes

The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.


Freight Shipments

Freight deliveries may require:

  • A commercial address with loading access
  • Forklift or dock availability

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper delivery conditions.
